I have been going to Gailmard for many years and was surprised when I attempted to have an appointment this year. I've always enjoyed the friendly feeling of the office but when I entered today-- something was off. A small amount of research later and I see that the practice has been sold to a corporate conglomeration. None of the original doctors are there-- front desk staff entirely different and the place just felt off. The medical screening form I was handed looked like it was created in MS Paint and the consent form for dilation/retinal imaging still had someone's Outlook email url in the header and footer. If the practice cannot present a professional front before treatment even begins, I do not feel comfortable receiving medical treatment so I left.

A very professional and clean operation. I thought the staff was friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I appreciate she did not disregard what I had to say as many doctors do and feel she gave me adequate attention. Check-out was orderly and efficient. And... I wouldn't know for certain, but it sure seemed like they had all the latest and best gizmos available. They ran tests I don't believe I've ever had. I would certainly recommend them.

I was very impressed by the quality of staff at Gailmard. In spite of being very busy, they did not tire of being personable and punctual (once in the exam room). Dr. Acosta gave me a thorough exam for glasses and contacts and has a very friendly and respectful demeanor. The person (Joyce) who assisted me with selecting my glasses offered feedback when I asked but was not pushy at all. She didn’t talk me into additional options that I didn’t need. In fact, she was very attuned to what would serve me best. I appreciated the courteous and professional manner in which they did business and would definitely go back!

Dr. Acosta, Eileen (sp), and everyone involved with my care yesterday were all top-notch! I had a great time. I wish I could visit them every month. (But I guess I'd have to be half-blind for that to happen, so maybe we'd better not let that wish come true!) Thanks again for all of your friendly, courteous, and professional help! My wife and I recently had a wonderful experience at Gailmard Eye Center. Technician Joyce played a pivotal role in our visit, assisting us in selecting and adjusting frames and efficiently guiding us through the process of ordering glasses. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. We are now happily wearing our new glasses, grateful for the excellent service provided by Technician Joyce. Kudos to Gailmard Eye Center for having such a dedicated and skilled team! Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience today at Gailmard! Kind! Professional! Patient! I saw Dr Veronica Ralick and Charmaine helped me with choosing the right frames for my face. I am super excited to get my new glasses in a couple of weeks! Thanks Everyone!

I will definitely share that my husband and I had an amazing experience! Called to make an appointment and they were able to see my husband the same day! And they accepted our insurance! Everyone from the receptionist to the eye doctor were incredible! Ty all !! The only thing they need to do is CHANGE their receptionist or train her correctly…she literally does NOT listen to what is being told to her …you have to repeat things 3-5 times every time you speak to her …and for me it’s only been 2x ! Frustrating!

A young lady by the name of Chris she toke care of me this time and last time and was great both times she toke time helping find glass I'm on a cane and she toll me to have a seat just show her the style I was looking for and she did the dam thing for me. Great customer service 👏 👌. I toll my wife about the eye center she went never stop going alway getting I 👓 from uall
